Star Soap is a small business trading in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at rosen@starsoap.co.uk.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — usually because a batch is still curing — we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatching rather than simply cancelling.
The products
Every bar is made by hand, so colour, swirl and size vary slightly between batches. Weights are approximate. Photographs are indicative.
Our soap is for external use on skin. Keep it out of eyes. Natural ingredients can still irritate sensitive skin — the full ingredient list is on every product page, and if you have a known allergy please read it before buying.
Returns
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out on our Returns page, and nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
