We post everything plastic-free, wrapped in recycled paper and packed in a cardboard box.
Rates
- UK standard — £3.50, 3–5 working days (Royal Mail 48).
- UK tracked — £4.95, 1–2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24).
- Free UK delivery on orders over £30.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually posted the same day; after that, the next working day. We do not post at weekends or on bank holidays.
Because every bar is cured for four weeks before it goes on sale, we occasionally sell out of a scent while the next batch is still on the rack. If something you have ordered is not ready, we will email you the same day with a realistic date and the option of a refund or a swap.
Outside the UK
We are not shipping internationally yet. If you are abroad and want a bar, email us and we will tell you honestly what it would cost.
If something arrives damaged
Send a photo to rosen@starsoap.co.uk within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you. You will not need to post the damaged bar back.
